Property Finding - From researching, shortlisting and attending viewings on behalf of your client, through to accompanied viewings and negotiating on their behalf, we work to ensure every option genuinely meets their needs.

Home Move Management - Project managing every element of the move from instructing professionals and overseeing the sale, to coordinating removals and supporting the client as they settle into their new home.

Property Preparation & Renovation - project managing adaptation and renovation work on both the property being left and the new home, coordinating trusted local tradespeople and providing regular updates throughout.
All of our work is carried out to the highest professional standards. We are accredited members of the Property Ombudsman, an affiliate of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA), HMRC registered for Anti-Money Laundering compliance, and all staff with unsupervised client contact are DBS checked.
